I was not able to make it to my appointment due to my dog passing away. When I rescheduled my visit and was leaving the office, I was told I owed $50 for canceling my appointment. When I explained the situation, the front desk told me not to worry. My husband went today and thinking he was clearing a balance I owed he paid the $50. When I called to clarify, I was told a refund would not be issued. The lack of clear communication and unwillingness to resolve a billing discrepancy was disappointing. Patients deserve transparency and consistency in billing practices.

Amazing staff all around! From the front desk to the hygienists and dentists, everyone is kind, professional, and truly cares about your comfort and health. Always a great experience. I actually enjoy going to the dentist thanks to this team! Not to mention a very clean office.

Excellent Care and Professionalism.I have been a patient at Dr. Gonzalez for 3 years and every visit has been a great experience. Dr.Gonzalez and the team are incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. The atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you walk in, and the staff always makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Gonzalez takes the time to thoroughly explain a procedure and my options, and she listens to my concerns. The office is always clean, and well-equipped, which adds to my confidence in the care I’m receiving. Whether it's a routine check-up or a more complex procedure, I always leave feeling informed and well-treated. I highly recommend Dr. Kenia Gonzalez to anyone looking for a dentist.

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed at Gentle Smile Dental Center, and I cannot recommend this place highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the friendly and welcoming staff made me feel completely at ease. The waiting time was very short, which I greatly appreciated, and the entire team communicated everything clearly, from the procedure itself to the aftercare instructions. Dr. Gonzalez was absolutely amazing – she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and explained everything in a way that put my mind at ease. Her expertise was evident, and I am incredibly happy with the results. The post-treatment experience was exceptional as well. I had very minimal swelling and practically no pain, which is rare with wisdom teeth removal. Overall, Gentle Smile Dental Center exceeded all my expectations, and I am so grateful for the outstanding care I received. I will definitely be returning for any future dental needs!

Loving this place. Everyone is so nice and professional also knowledgeable. They take care of you quickly and efficiently. I'm so glad I found this dental center. The front desk customer service is superb 👌 I can't say enough good things.
